GIG SM666
GIG-SM 666: Automatic UV Screen Printer for printing up to 8 colors inline of plastic bottles (cylindrical).

GIG 688
This servo-driven automatic printer is suitable for plastic containers including bottles, jars and hard tubes. It will print round, oval, triangular, square and pentagon shapes. Multi-color, 360 degree, UV printing can be achieved.
The machine has digitally controlled, servo-driven screen printing and UV curing stations. A maximum of 8 colors can be printed. Each printing station can be individually adjusted.

GIG SM 888
The Round Bottle Printing Machine - Also Great for Hand Sanitizer & Disinfectant Bottle Printing
GIG SM888 can be integrated with hot stamping, labeling and/or inspection modules created a multi-functional printing line.
The machine can be fed via automatic unscrambler, manually fed, and also has the option to integrate discharge to a bagging system to save operator time.

GIG SRS310 CNC ROTARY PRINTER
Fully automatic, rotary screen printer for various shapes.
The GIG-SRS310 range of fully automatic screen printers are driven by CNC servo motor and can print 360 degrees on plastic, glass, metal bottles, jars, caps of various shapes. Rounds, ovals, triangular, square and pentagon shapes can be accommodated.
The bottle is rotated through workstations in one fixture as follows: feeding, registration, surface pre-treatment, multi-color printing, UV curing and discharging. The print registration is excellent, the distance from print to bottom of the bottle is small, and containers with delicate surfaces can be accommodated.
Like many of our machines, curing can partially or fully be done using LED curing systems to save energy and minimize heat/bottle damage/ink shrinkage.
It is possible to replace a screen printing/curing station with hot stamping and have a machine with multiple decoration functions.
Additionally, a vision inspection station can be added, allowing unacceptable product to be discharged and separated for good product.
The GIG-SRS310 and its range of machines come equipped with remote management functions that connect customers to the GIG factory to troubleshoot the machine.
